Central Station

Central is the headquarters for Geronimo Village VFD.  This station is staffed by 2 paid firefighters and up to 4 volunteers 24 hours a day.  Currently all of our apparatus are kept at this station with the exception of Engine 2 and Engine 3.  Daily business and administration functions are handled from this location.  Currently there are plans to remodel this station to include sleeping quarters, kitchen, bathrooms, and showers.  Progress on the expansion of this station has been slow due to limited funding. The address of Central is 2096 Talley Road, San Antonio, TX  78253.

North Station

The North Station is the first fire station built for Geronimo Village.  Volunteers assembled in 1972 to build this station.  Currently there are plans to build new north station near FM471 and Old FM471.  This station houses Old Engine 3.  It is located on Cartwright Trail about 1/2 mile west of Talley Road.

South Station

Bexar County Emergency Services District #2, BCD2FR, and Geronimo Village VFD has built and currently occupy a new fire station on Spur Ranch, west of 1604 Near Marbach road.  Geronimo Village began responding from that station in October 2009.  The station staffs two paid firefighters 24, and up to 4 volunteers 24 hours a day. It has the capacity of 6 full time firefighters for future growth. It helped relieve the over crowed bays of Central Station by housing Engine 3, Brush Truck 2 (6X6) and Brush Truck 3.  The address of South Station (Station 3) is 11025 Spur Ranch Road, San Antonio, TX  78245.
